Job Description

Position - Transport Vertical Sales Manager (Project Sales)

Nature of Job: -


  • Identify and generate business opportunities in the transportation vertical (Railways, Metro, etc.).
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Engage with government authorities, EPC contractors, and transport operators to

promote telecom solutions.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and

partners.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring

satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with the engineering and pre-sales teams to develop customized telecom

solutions.

  • Prepare and present technical and financial proposals to clients.
  • Participate in tendering and bidding processes for transport infrastructure projects.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the telecom

sector.

  • Identify potential partnerships and business expansion opportunities.
  • Work closely with project management teams to ensure successful delivery of telecom solutions.
  • Provide post-sales support and ensure smooth project execution.

Location - Gurgaon

Educational Qualification

B.Sc/BE/B.Tech. /M.Sc/MBA


Experience

  • 6-8 years of experience in telecom industry sales, preferably in the transportation sector (railways, metro, etc.).
  • Experience in handling government tenders, telecom infrastructure projects, and system integration

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of telecom solutions, networking, wireless communications, and ICT

infrastructure.

  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and business development skills.
  • Strong networking and relationship management with transport sector stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment and manage multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales forecasting.
