Role Overview The Benefits Administrator is responsible for processing activities related to client benefits plans and configuring/testing Wipros proprietary Total Benefit Administration (TBA) System to meet client requirements. This role involves transaction processing, system configuration, testing, and ensuring high standards of quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.   Key Responsibilities

  • Process all activities related to client benefits plans as set up in TBA, meeting and exceeding client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Configure and test the TBA System using proprietary tools, including setting up tables/parameters as defined by analysis.
  • Prepare and execute test cases, document configurations, and fix issues identified during testing.
  • Review client requirements, ask clarifying questions, and adhere to delivery priorities and deadlines.
  • Ensure knowledge of client plan provisions and supporting documentation is current and updated.
  • Follow all predefined procedures, process guidelines, and performance parameters.
  • Participate in daily huddles, status meetings, and contribute to continuous process improvement.
  • Adapt to new/ad hoc tasks and changing priorities to meet client/internal goals.
  • Seek and accept feedback from coaches and mentors to enhance knowledge and capabilities.
  • Create/update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and collaborate with supporting groups to enhance procedures and eliminate wastage.
  • Escalate issues when appropriate and utilise problem-solving resources as needed.
  • Effectively manage tasks, prioritise, and proactively update status to managers.
