DevOps Engineer @ Siemens

Job Description

• Proficient Technologies: Azure DevOps, , Yaml, Powershell scripting, Kubernetes, Container (Docker).
• Desirable technologies: Terraforms, Azure cloud, Prometheus, Grafana.
• Implement, maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines.
• Integrate code using automated builds, packaging, and testing frameworks.
• Manage, build, configure, administer, operate and maintain all components that comprise the continuous integration / continuous delivery environment.
• Automate every aspect of the DevOps activity, reduce manual effort, and ensure faster and reliable software delivery.
• Develop with on-prem technology stack, packaging tools and debugging.
• Employ Infrastructure as code (IaC) to provision, deploy and manage on-prem resources.
• Identify, troubleshoot and resolve Infrastructure and pipeline bugs/issues. Ensure zero/minimum development disruptions.
• Develop and manage monitoring and alerting tools.
• Minimum 2 years experience in DevOps.
• Experience working with multi-site global teams in an agile environment.
• Knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
• Basic knowhow of networking, hardware and virtualization
• Container orchestrators, container technologies, deployment tools etc.
