Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound customer support calls professionally
  
• Resolve customer queries related to insurance, banking, or telecom services
  
• Ensure high customer satisfaction (CSAT) and first-call resolution
  
• Meet defined AHT, quality, and productivity metrics
  
• Maintain accurate documentation and call logs
  
• Adhere to company policies, compliance, and service standards
