Job Description
As a Java Tech Lead, you should have / are responsible for
Able to work with Product owner and business user to understand requirement, perform requriment elicitaion and write solution design document.
In-depth knowledge of APIs and microservices
Deep experience with Java, Spring Boot, Mysql, AWS,
Experience on devops CI/CD pipeline (Gradle, Jenkins, Bitbucket)
Communicate in a bold and persuasive way at all levels to many different audiences
significant experience in tech/software development and technical leadership
Curiosity and passion for our customers needs and experience
Developing high-quality and detailed designs.
Conducting unit testing using automated unit test frameworks.
Identifying risk and conducting mitigation action planning.
Conducting configuration of your own work.
Reviewing the work of other developers and providing feedback.
Using coding standards and best practices to ensure quality.
Collaborate with multiple teams from Wipro/customer to arrive at technical and tactical decisions.
Should be interested in building solutions along with account teams and client partner
Should possess good interpersonal skills and presentation skills
