Assistant Manager - HR Projects & Analytics

ROLE OVERVIEW/ PURPOSE
The role is responsible for driving strategic HR projects and leveraging data analytics to support evidence-based decision-making. The incumbent will partner with business and HR leaders to design, implement, and monitor key HR initiatives, ensuring process excellence, digital enablement, and actionable insights across the employee lifecycle.
Role - Activities, Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
1. HR Projects & Transformation
Lead and manage end-to-end HR projects such as HR digital transformation, policy revamps, process automation, and organization restructuring. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and drive efficiency through project-based interventions. Develop project charters, timelines, and governance structures; track milestones and ensure timely delivery of outcomes.
Benchmark and implement best practices in HR processes, systems, and employee experience.
Support change management initiatives through communication, stakeholder alignment, and training programs.
Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with internal and statutory requirements.
2. HR Analytics & Insights
Design and manage HR dashboards, reports, and metrics for leadership review
Use statistical tools and data visualization techniques (Power BI / Tableau / Excel) to derive insights from HR data.
Partner with HR COEs to define KPIs and measure program effectiveness.
Conduct predictive analytics on workforce trends attrition risk, hiring forecasts, and engagement patterns.
Present insights and recommendations to leadership to support data-driven decision-making.
3. Stakeholder & Change Management
Act as a liaison between HR, business units, and external partners for project implementation.
Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and align stakeholders on project objectives.
Drive employee adoption of new HR tools and processes.

Internal: Business HR, COEs (Talent, C&B, L&D), IT, Finance, Operations, Leadership Team
External: HR technology vendors, consultants, and benchmarking partners.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE:
Educational Qualifications
MBA / Masters in Human Resources, Business Analytics, or related field
2-3 years of experience in HR, with strong exposure to HR projects, analytics, or HR excellence roles.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI / Tableau, and HRMS (SAP SuccessFactors / Workday / Oracle HCM preferred)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
