We are hiring Customer Service Executives for an International Voice Process. The role involves handling inbound/outbound customer calls related to travel services using GDS tools (Amadeus preferred).


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle international customer calls professionally and efficiently
  • Assist customers with flight bookings, cancellations, reissues, and travel-related queries
  • Use GDS/Amadeus to manage reservations and ticketing
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and adherence to process guidelines
  • Maintain accurate customer and booking records

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: Undergraduate / Graduate (Both can apply)
  • Experience: Minimum 6 months experience in International Voice Process
  • Mandatory / Preferred Skills.
    • GDS knowledge required
    • Amadeus experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English
  • Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts
  • Immediate joiners preferred
