Job Description

Role & responsibilities - Safety And Risk Control Executive:

Reconciliation Closure % Number of operator cases successfully reconciled.
Recovery Achievement Amount/value of outstanding dues recovered monthly.
TAT for Escalation Resolution Average time taken to close dispute or escalation cases.
Property Transition Success Rate Smooth closure/hand-over of properties with minimal disruption.
Compliance Adherence Score % of cases handled as per legal and policy guidelines.
Documentation Accuracy Timely and complete record-keeping for every case handled.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications and Experience Required:
3+ Years of Experience in Collections & Recovery
Candidate must have Graduation certificate
Prior experience in Collections from (Hospitality & NBFC & Banking & BFSI)
Immediate joiners will be preferred
