Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1) Strong production support experience.
2) Strong Linux command and scripting skills.
3) Good knowledge of ITIL processes, Incident management, problem management, change management.
4) Good hands-on knowledge in monitoring tools like Splunk, Dynatrace.
5) Knowledge in DevOps tool like Jenkins, Git/Bitbucket, chef, Ansible.
6) Scripting knowledge on Python/Java/Groovy
7) DB Knowledge - Basic Database queries
