Role & responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via chat (non-voice)
Resolve issues with clear, concise, and grammatically sound written communication
Maintain high-quality service standards with timely responses
Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously
Flexibility to work in UK rotational shifts, (5 days a week, 2 rotational offs)
Education: Undergraduates, Graduates, and Postgraduates
Experience: Both Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply
Excellent communication skills in English
Must not be pursuing regular education
