The Data Developer is a mid-level technical contributor responsible for building, maintaining, and supporting data pipelines and reporting solutions that serve clinical, operational, and financial needs across 300+ ASCs. Primary Responsibilities:
Data Pipeline Development

Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using SQL Server, SSIS, Azure Data Factory, Snowflake, Airflow, and dbt
Ensure timely and accurate data movement across systems
Monitor pipeline health and escalate issues proactively
Participate in peer reviews and contribute to performance tuning
Reporting & Data Delivery

Support reporting via SSRS, Power BI, and Tableau
Validate data accuracy and ensure reports meet stakeholder needs
Collaborate with analytics teams to deliver actionable insights
