Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation & Medical Review

Conduct detailed medical consultations for scheduled clients.
Review and interpret test results to provide meaningful, actionable health insights.
Offer preventive healthcare advice and basic treatment recommendations based on findings.

Wellness Advisory & Coordination

Collaborate with dieticians, radiologists, phlebotomists, and health coaches to deliver an integrated care plan.
Guide clients on necessary referrals, lifestyle changes, further diagnostic needs, or specialist consultations, as appropriate.
Offer empathetic, jargon-free explanations to ensure complete client understanding.

Client Experience & Relationship Management

Deliver every consultation with discretion, empathy, and service quality.
Build long-term trust with clients through consistent, medical interaction.
Handle client queries post-consultation, if needed, to ensure closure and clarity.

Documentation & Compliance

Maintain clear, complete, and confidential client medical records.
Ensure compliance with all clinical protocols, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Participate in internal audits, quality improvement activities, and clinical trainings.
