Position description: Principal Consultant - Sr Lead Technical Consultant
Job Description:
Periodic Third-party security risk assessment using standard framework. Understanding the services provided by third parties, data and type of data accessed. Assess and identify any risk associated with service provided by third parties. Maintain a vendor list with relevant fields e.g. service type, type of data accessed which would assist in periodic evaluation
Ability to create a questionnaire with relevant security and privacy questions to augment vendors with higher risk.
Ability to understand information security policies and procedures and have them updated and formatted as relevant.
Excellent writing skills (ability to clearly and succinctly describe how Organization will use a vendor from a data and systems perspective, explaining in a user-friendly manner)
Excellent Communication skill should be able to explain technical aspect in clear and lay man perspective.
Have a good understanding of security standards like ISO 27001, NIST, SOC2 etc.
Have a good understanding of security solutions like Anti Malware, Firewalls etc.
