TCS Mega Walk In Kolkata for Procure To Pay
INTERVIEW DETAILS:
Walk-In Date: 10th January, 2026 (Saturday)
Time: 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM
Location: Tata Consultancy Services Ltd, Unitech Infospace, DH Block(Newtown), Action Area I, Newtown, Kolkata, West Bengal 700156, India
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
Non-technical graduation in finance & accounts stream- B.Com, M.Com or similar
Should be flexible with night shifts & rotational shifts
Candidates must have a registered EP ID
Candidates must carry a copy of their updated resume
It is mandatory to submit a valid copy of TCS application form during the drive
Please carry 2 Photocopies of original Aadhar or PAN card
Candidates must carry a passport size photo

Job Responsibilities -
Manage and supervise activities such as invoice processing, exceptions handling and reporting
Manage Helpdesk activities
Identify queries and resolve after communicating with the customer
Manage Vendor Master maintenance activities
Prepare various month end reports such as expense reports, query resolution status report and reports for T&E Audit review
Assist in monthly/quarterly/ yearly book closure for accounts payable perspective
Identify probable hindrances to achieving SLA compliance and inform the manager in advance
Performing compliance verification/approval and quality review.
Researching/reconciling of accounts payable and supplier statements
T&E Audit Review
Internal Quality control review
Arrange for periodic training to the staff to be aware of the changes in the accounting policies and procedures as well as customer specific changes
Periodic calls and meetings with clients to discuss SLA compliance and ongoing plans to improve processes
