Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Sr. Analyst to join our Security Operations Center (SOC) team, responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our organization's systems and data. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security operations and analysis, with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Roles and Responsibility
- Monitor and analyze security event logs to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
- Conduct thorough investigations into security incidents and provide recommendations for remediation.
- Develop and implement effective security protocols and procedures to prevent future incidents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with security policies and regulations.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in cybersecurity to continuously improve our security posture.
- Provide expert guidance on security best practices to internal stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Strong understanding of security principles, including threat intelligence, vulnerability management, and incident response.
- Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) systems and other security tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to security, such as HIPAA or PCI-DSS.
