Job Description

Key Requirements:

• Core Competencies:
• Financial Planning & Analysis Expertise: Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in FP&A functions such as budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
• Financial Statement Analysis: Ability to analyze and interpret P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements to provide actionable business insights supporting strategic decisions.

• Technical Skills:
• Advanced Excel Proficiency: Expert skills including advanced formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, macros, Power BI data visualization, and financial modeling.
• Presentation Skills: Ability to create professional PowerPoint presentations to communicate financial insights clearly to senior management.

• Communication & Collaboration:
• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication capabilities. Proficiency in Hindi is highly preferred and considered a significant advantage.
• Client/Stakeholder Interaction: Prior experience in direct client engagements, including presenting financial reports, addressing queries, and building relationships.
• Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to coordinate and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders across departments and organizational levels.
