Job Description: - Senior Business Analyst
The role involves supporting Manufacturing Excellence and Business Transformation projects for clients in the Food & Agri, CPG and Manufacturing sectors. Key focus areas include improving factory efficiency (OEE), cost optimization, workforce productivity, warehousing operations and enabling smart factory initiatives.
You will work closely with Consultants, Managers and client stakeholders to collect and analyze data, identify improvement opportunities and support the implementation of solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze and interpret operational and financial data to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Support in conducting baseline assessments, value stream mapping and process documentation.
- Assist in developing hypotheses, preparing presentations and structuring project deliverables.
- Work on Lean/Six Sigma initiatives by preparing dashboards, tracking KPIs and analyzing impact.
- Support in implementing TPM, visual management and standard work initiatives.
- Contribute to PMO governance by maintaining project trackers, issue logs and reports.
- Conduct research on digital and smart manufacturing trends to support POVs, pursuit and proposal development.
- Participate in client workshops and assist in documenting outcomes and next steps.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for data collection and validation.
- Travel up to 50% based on project requirements.
Preferred candidate profile
- Overall, 410 years of total experience in manufacturing operations or business transformation projects out of which a minimum of 2 years in consulting companies.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills with proficiency in MS Office and Power BI or similar data tools.
- Basic understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, or TPM methodologies (certification preferred).
- Experience in data-driven analysis, process mapping, or performance reporting.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with attention to detail.
- Enthusiastic about continuous improvement and digital transformation.
- Exposure to manufacturing technologies (IoT, MES, analytics tools) is an advantage.
- Proactive, collaborative and eager to learn in a consulting environment.
