Job Description
Job Title: Oracle Fusion ERP Analyst
Job Type: Full Time, Contract 6 Months
Working location: Mumbai
Travelex has undertaken a large Finance Transformation programme where we are implemented Oracle Fusion ERP and Oracle EPM modules on the latest SAAS Cloud based technologies to replace all of our heritage applications and moved our global finance teams to one end to end Oracle Cloud ERPM platform.
This is a hands on role where you will define, manage and implement changes across the Oracle Fusion modules requirements with a focus on R2R, Projects, P2P, O2C, Fixed Assets and Oracle Accounting Hub Cloud Services (OHCS) including configuration
The role requires expertise in understanding functional businesses and interpreting requirements to deliver solutions to support in the implementation of core Oracle processes, working with technical resources in the building and testing associated changes and accounting flows
The role will need to understand the fundamentals of all aspects of complex multi-currency, multi-company accounting systems and maintain a high level of application functional knowledge (especially in the areas of sub ledger, GL and Accounting Hub) as well as strong Functional and Technical knowledge in all aspects of Oracles Fusion Financials from requirements, configuration and testing and associated updates to our documentation
The role will also be required to completed knowledge transfer and upskilling of our existing team members in our Systems Support team based in our Shared Services Centre
Key Responsibilities
Provide active system and related business process support to the organization to meet needs and objectives.
Support and implement Oracle Fusion Financials with a strong knowledge of all the Oracle Fusion Modules and Accounting Hub
Ability to support integration needs, work with technical resources in building and testing the integration including associated accounting flows via accounting hub
Develop a comprehensive understanding of application features and capabilities.
Ability to gather requirements and develop OTBI, Smartview and FRS reports.
Assist business stakeholders and day to day activities and support
Configure system to meet business requirements.
Support in updating design and configuration documents.
Address risks and issues by creating mitigation measures to ensure the success of application deployment and management.
Key liaison for functional pillar to relevant senior leaders and Solution Integration Partner
Assist as new systems and/or application modules are implemented.
Perform software upgrades and on-going maintenance activities.
Provide leadership and support to testing activities (e.g. System, Integration and User Acceptance).
Support BAU projects where required
Maintain, support and provide guidance to peers on complex application configuration activities.
Skills and Experience
Relevant tertiary education in an I.T. or Finance or related discipline with a total of 7 years plus experience including a minimum of 3 years Oracle Cloud ERP and 5 plus years with Oracle EBS.
Experience in the fundamentals of all aspects of complex multi-currency, multi-company accounting
Experience of Accounting Hub and multi integrations
Strong experience working on complex projects with front-end and back-end components
Must have hands on functional and technical capability to interpret business requirements and ability to translate these into configuration deliverables
Full understanding of Oracle applications and architecture including end to end data and reporting flows through ERP and EPM applications

Skills and Experience
Oracle Cloud Platform Application Integration certification
4-8 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Integration Cloud activities and fault handling.
Proficiency in SQL and basic PL/SQL.
Implementation of FTBI
Familiarity with BIP reports is beneficial.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
