Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Functional Analyst with expertise in SnM MDM SnM DigiMktg and SnM Data Lake. The ideal candidate will have 7 to 11 years of experience and will work in a hybrid model with a focus on day shifts. This role does not require travel and offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on our companys data management and digital marketing strategies.


Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret complex data sets to drive strategic decisions and improve business processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain data models and architecture to support SnM MDM SnM DigiMktg and SnM Data Lake initiatives.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance digital marketing strategies and improve customer engagement.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing robust data governance practices.
  • Oversee the integration of data from various sources to create a unified data lake environment.
  • Support the development and execution of data-driven marketing campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of data solutions to ensure they meet business needs and objectives.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues to maintain seamless operations.
  • Document and communicate data processes and solutions to stakeholders for transparency and alignment.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve data solutions.
  • Facilitate training sessions to enhance team members understanding of data tools and techniques.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the security and compliance of data solutions.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong understanding of SnM MDM SnM DigiMktg and SnM Data Lake technologies.
  • Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex data challenges.
  • Exhibit proficiency in data modeling and architecture design.
  • Have experience in data governance and ensuring data quality.
  • Show capability in integrating data from diverse sources into a cohesive data lake.
  • Display strong communication skills to effectively convey data insights to stakeholders.
  • Be adept at using data to drive marketing strategies and improve customer experiences.
