Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

Implementation, configuration, customization and development of the various components of Microsoft Dynamics 365/Power Apps.

Desired Skills

• Require minimum of 5 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Should have good Techno-functional experience, particularly in Dynamics CE Sales, Service and Marketing modules
• Should have good experience in Power Platform including Power apps and Power Automate
• Good communication skill is must
• Should be able to understand the requirement and provide best possible solution
• Good knowledge and experience of .NET, C# to write custom plugins & workflow activities.
• Knowledge and experience of JavaScript for client side scripting and Ribbon Workbench
• Preferred to have Power Virtual Agent and D365 Omnichannel knowledge and experience
• Must have knowledge of Azure functions and CI/CD pipelines
• Hands-on experience in User Management and Security in Dynamics 365
