Grafana Developer/Lead

Job Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore / Chennai / Kolkata / Noida/ Gurgaon / Pune / Indore / Mumbai

Required Skills Experience:

• Strong hands-on experience in Grafana dashboard design and development .

• Solid understanding of observability concepts (metrics, logs, traces) and related frameworks.

• Good experience with Dynatrace / Splunk for infrastructure and application monitoring.

• Good experience with Prometheus, InfluxDB, ElasticSearch, Loki , or similar monitoring data sources.

• Experience integrating multiple monitoring tools into a unified observability framework .

• Exposure to SAP monitoring and observability concepts (SAP CALM, Solution Manager, Focused Run, etc.) is a strong plus.

• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.) for automation and data collection.

• Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving and data correlation capabilities.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional and global teams.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience integrating Grafana with enterprise data platforms (e.g., Azure Data Explorer, Splunk Observability, or others).

• Familiarity with cloud monitoring (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and Kubernetes observability .

• Knowledge of ITIL-based service monitoring or factory IT operations environments.
