Job Description
- As a Financial Analyst / Financial QA, you will: Review outputs generated by AI/LLM experiments for accuracy, completeness, and domain correctness. Validate results by comparing them with answer keys and financial standards.
- Identify inconsistencies, missing information, misinterpretation, and provide structured feedback. Support developers by reviewing domain-heavy content and suggesting improvements. Analyze financial documentation including balance sheets, P&L, cash flow statements, and related records.
- Ensure quality, consistency, and correctness in financial data review workflows. Contribute to financial domain improvements for AI model training and evaluation.
- Strong knowledge of financial statements and basic accounting principles. Commerce background (B.Com, M.Com, CA Inter / CA Articles preferred). Ability to review structured outputs and identify errors quickly.
- Analytical mindset with high attention to detail. Comfort working with repetitive, rule-based QA tasks.
- Basic awareness of AI and LLM tools such as GPT, cloud-based AI platforms, or prompting workflows. Good communication skills with the ability to provide clear, structured feedback.
- CA Intern or CA Article Assistant (active or discontinued). Prior experience in financial data validation, financial QA, or data annotation.
- Exposure to AI/LLM evaluation or cloud-based AI systems.
- Basic Python knowledge for automation assistance (good to have). Experience with manual QA, finance BPO, or structured data review.
- Strong financial reasoning and the ability to interpret key financial documents. Patience and consistency in repetitive financial QA review tasks. A proactive mindset with eagerness to learn AI-driven financial workflows.
- Ability to collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve domain correctness.
- A growth-oriented attitude with potential to evolve into a Financial Consultant role.
