Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Territory Sales Manager to lead our construction chemicals sales team in the region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, preferably within the paints or chemical industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new business opportunities.
