Job Description
Job Summary
The ideal candidate will have expertise in Star LIMS validation integration with Lab App and installation and upgrade processes. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can efficiently manage product configurations and contribute to the enhancement of our laboratory information management systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead the configuration and customization of Star LIMS to meet specific laboratory requirements.
- Oversee the integration of Star LIMS with Lab App to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Star LIMS installations and upgrades.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze user requirements for system enhancements.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations processes and procedures.
- Conduct system validation and testing to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Implement best practices for system maintenance and performance optimization.
- Train end-users on Star LIMS functionalities and provide ongoing support and guidance.
- Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement to enhance user experience.
- Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to resolve technical issues and implement solutions.
- Ensure data integrity and security within the Star LIMS environment.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of laboratory processes through effective system configuration.
- Support the companys mission by enhancing laboratory efficiency and data accuracy. Qualifications
- Possess strong expertise in Star LIMS validation and integration with Lab App.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Star LIMS installation and upgrade processes.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Have experience working in a hybrid work model with a focus on day shifts.
- Show ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Display strong communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders.
- Hold a relevant certification in laboratory information management systems.
Certifications Required
Certified LIMS Professional or equivalent certification in laboratory information management systems.
