Job Title: Team Lead Motherhub Operations

Job Purpose
The Team Lead Motherhub Operations is responsible for supervising day-to-day Motherhub activities, including dry processing, storage, and dispatch operations. The role ensures smooth workflow, adherence to safety and quality standards, and support in achieving operational targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Dry Handling & Processing
- Supervise receipt, storage, and processing of Dry products as per SOPs.
- Ensure proper handling, packaging, and storage to maintain quality and hygiene.
- Report equipment issues and support maintenance activities.
2. Quality Control & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to food safety norms and quality protocols.
- Conduct checks on product quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Support audits and compliance requirements.
3. Warehouse & Inventory Management
- Monitor storage practices, FIFO, stacking, and inventory movement.
- Track stock levels and highlight shortages or excess.
- Coordinate for timely replenishment.
4. Team Supervision
- Lead and monitor frontline staff.
- Train team members on SOPs, hygiene, and safety.
- Allocate tasks and ensure productivity.
5. Supply Chain & Dispatch Support
- Coordinate with logistics teams for timely dispatch.
- Support route planning and shipment scheduling.
- Liaise with vendors for smooth operations.
6. Safety, Hygiene & Housekeeping
- Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene protocols.
- Oversee sanitation and facility cleanliness.
- Report operational issues and safety incidents.
7. Cost & Process Improvement
- Support cost control and waste reduction initiatives.
- Recommend operational improvements.
- Maintain daily operational reports.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Business, Food Technology, or related field.
- 13 years of experience in warehouse/motherhub operations.
- Strong communication and team-handling skills.
