Job Description

Role: Power BI Developer

Job Description:

• Develop, design, and maintain business intelligence solutions using Power BI.
• Create and manage visual reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards to support business decisions.
• Gather and translate business requirements into functional BI reports and dashboards.
• Optimize Power BI solutions for performance and scalability across the organization.
• Integrate multiple data sources to ensure data accuracy and consistency in reports.
• Conduct data analysis to provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business users to refine and improve BI solutions based on feedback.
• Maintain documentation and provide training for end-users on Power BI tools and features.

Profile Description:

• Experience: 2-8 years in BI development, with at least 3 years of experience in Power BI.
• Skills: Proficiency in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
• Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Competencies: Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in data visualization.
• Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate or equivalent certification preferred.
• Knowledge: Experience in integrating various data sources and working with large datasets.
• Soft Skills: Ability to communicate complex data insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
• Tools: Familiarity with SQL, data warehousing concepts, and Azure services is advantageous.
