Datamatics Hiring | Test Manager Automation & Performance Testing
Locations: Mumbai | Bangalore | Nashik

JD for Test Manager:

The Test Manager will lead a team of 2025 QA professionals across multiple automation and performance testing streams. The role requires a strong leader who can define test strategies, manage delivery, optimize testing processes, and ensure quality outcomes for enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in automation, performance engineering, stakeholder management, and presales/RFP participation.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and implement test strategies for automation and performance testing engagements.

Establish test governance models, KPIs, and metrics across programs and projects.

Collaborate with program managers, developers, business analysts, and DevOps teams to ensure end-to-end quality.

Manage test environments, data, and tool integrations with CI/CD pipelines.

Oversee development and maintenance of automation frameworks for UI, API, and Mobile testing

Ensure automation coverage targets are achieved across projects

Lead and review performance testing strategy, planning, and execution for web, mobile, and backend systems

Oversee workload modelling, test scripting, and bottleneck identification using tools such as JMeter

Own delivery of testing commitments across projects, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget adherence

Track test progress, defect trends, and release readiness metrics through dashboards

Ensure shift-left testing practices, CI/CD integration, and test automation as part of continuous delivery

Manage risk, escalations, and issue resolution across multiple accounts

Lead, mentor, and manage a cross-functional team of automation and performance testers (2025 members)

Deep hands-on or managerial exposure to automation frameworks and tools

Experience on Azure DevOps or Jira

Good to Have:

Experience on codeless automation tool

experience in RFPs/Presales activities
