Omega healthcare hiring a Team Lead AR with 6+ years of experience in US Healthcare Physician billing & Hospital billing to manage a team of 20+ members. The role involves overseeing end-to-end credit balance resolution, ensuring compliance, and driving team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the AR/hospital billing team to meet daily targets and SLAs.
Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and drive process improvements.
Handle escalations, ensure compliance, and maintain quality standards.
Coordinate with clients, internal QA, and management for smooth operations.
Prepare daily/weekly reports and ensure timely follow-ups and closures.
Utilize knowledge of Physician billing, AR workflows, denial handling.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 6 months on paper as Team Lead (mandatory).
Experience in AR calling in Hospital billing/Physician Billing exposure.
Strong understanding of US healthcare RCM workflow.
Excellent communication, leadership, and team-handling skills.
Ability to analyze reports, identify issues, and drive performance.
Flexible, process-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
