Job Description
Role / Designation- SME/ Project Manager (MBBS)--Medical Data Annotaion Project (Healthcare Service)
Years of Experience- 5-7 years of relevant experience in Client Facing role in IT Services
Education Qualifications- MBBS or equivalent degree
Job Location -Vizag
Other requirements Ability to travel between iMerit offices up to 25%
Responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:
- Full-time position as Project Manager (PM) for medical data projects, including working with different medical data types to produce datasets for machine learning purposes.
- Leading and managing annotation teams (clinicians, annotators, QA). Designing annotation protocols with clinical relevance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with clients and cross-border colleagues.
- Leverage people, process and technical expertise to identify opportunities for quality & process design improvement to support the three fundamental outcomes Faster, Cheaper, Better while upholding the companys social impact mission.
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong Problem Solving / Troubleshooting skills
- Proven experience in building teams from scratch and growing individuals into Team Leads &managers.
- Initiate and develop partnerships with customers and customer success managers to define and
evaluate service performance outcomes.
- Ability to keep your employees motivated, resolve conflicts and make hard decisions for your
employees.
- Liaise with senior stakeholders in other functions on dependencies and identify/create synergies for optimal client experience.
- Collaborate with delivery client teams and other stakeholders across iMerit, with an understanding of the diverse needs of each stakeholder.
Skill requirements
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare terminology and anatomy with a basic understanding of how annotated data is used in machine learning models, particularly in healthcare.
- Understanding of medical data types: radiology images, pathology reports, EMRs, or lab data,clinical workflows, and diagnosis processes..
- Awareness of regulations like HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) to ensure patient data privacy and security.
- Passionate about technology, self-learner who keeps abreast with latest developments.
- Ability to communicate with both internal and external stakeholders
Experience/Education
- Experience in Project Management for Healthcare Services
- Physician/MBBS with relevant experience
- Understanding of Patient history and diagnosis, prescription writing, medical abbreviations.
