Purpose of the Job (Brief)
Background :
BSG Solution Architect responsible to support Sales team in terms of understanding and meeting customers connectivity requirement right from the presales stage to the project execution stage.
- Conceptualize & develop techno-commercial proposals & solutions, across verticals, using existing or new technologies
- Consulting, Facilitation and Selling Skills
- Design of profitable, optimal and replicable Technical Solutions
- Technical Presentation to customers
- Closely work with cross functional teams and stich solutions end to end
- Technical Proposal creation - Analyze customers price expectations, indicate technical options in optimized offering

- Understanding customers requirement
- Building the solution, its deliverables as per customer specific requirements.
Proposal building
- Making Proposal as per solution for customer needs
- Revert within defined TAT
Customer presentation/Solution/ proposal
- Presentation to customers on his requirement & understanding
- Defining the scope of work in regards to Airtel deliverables in-scope, out-of-scope etc
Standardization & automation
- Standardization of product offering, solution and proposal documents.
- Automation of standard proposal documents basis standard inputs variables customer requirements.
Decision level
