Job Description

Job Summary

Join our team as a Specialist in Accounts Receivable Management within the healthcare sector. This hybrid role requires 1-3 years of experience in healthcare products and accounts receivable. You will work night shifts to ensure efficient management of receivables contributing to the financial health of our organization. No travel is required.

Responsibilities

Manage accounts receivable processes to ensure timely collection of payments from healthcare clients

Analyze financial data to identify trends and discrepancies in accounts receivable

Collaborate with healthcare product teams to align receivable strategies with product offerings

Implement strategies to reduce outstanding receivables and improve cash flow

Communicate effectively with clients to resolve payment issues and maintain positive relationships

Utilize healthcare product knowledge to enhance receivable management processes

Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and take proactive measures to address overdue accounts

Provide regular updates to management on receivable status and action plans

Ensure compliance with healthcare industry regulations in all receivable activities

Develop and maintain documentation for receivable processes and procedures

Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to accounts receivable

Support the finance team in audits and reconciliations related to receivables

Use analytical skills to forecast receivable trends and inform strategic decisions

Qualifications

Possess a strong understanding of healthcare products and their impact on receivable management

Demonstrate expertise in accounts receivable processes and best practices

Exhibit excellent communication skills for client interactions and issue resolution

Show proficiency in financial analysis and reporting

Have experience with healthcare industry regulations and compliance

Display ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model

Bring problem-solving skills to address receivable challenges efficiently.
