Job Description
Please note the Final interview will be F2F for hyderabad location.
Business Unit name: Wealth Management
Process name: Banking Operations/Asset Transfers/Payments
Key requirements:
- Should have sound knowledge on various financial instruments in capital markets - Equities, Fixed Income, Treasury, FX, Futures, etc...
- Experience in Margin Risk Management, Margin Calls, Equity Calls, etc.
- Experience in Securities backed Lending operations.
- Experience in Journal processing, asset movements and disbursement processing of domestic and international payments.
- Experience in asset movements processing cash and securities transfers in and out of client accounts.
- Experience in Payments and Cash Management operations.
- Experience in incoming and outgoing wire payments and check payments processing.
- Should possess strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients.
- Should have fair understanding on Domestic, International trade set ups and settlement process, DTCC, EuroClear/Clearstream markets.
- Should have experience in FX trade reconciliation and settlement process.
- Should respond to all queries and interact with various internal departments.
Key responsibilities:
- Adherence to Quality control standards laid down by business.
- Meeting service level agreement on a regular basis.
- Responsible for resolving queries of peers on an on-going basis to have smooth functioning of transactions related to client accounts.
- Responsible for process updates on regular basis & train the peers and new hires.
- Preparing SOPs, FMEA, Process maps and other process related docs.
- Daily, Weekly and Monthly MIS Reporting to the management.
- Responding to all assigned service work cases relating to UHNW (Essential.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education:
Graduate, Preferably in Commerce/ Accountancy /Economics (Essential)
Bachelor's / Master's degree in Finance (Desired)
UG - Any Graduate and PG - Any PG Course
Experience:
2-7 years of relevant experience in Margin management, Asset Transfers, Cash & Securities movements, Payments and Cash Management operations.
Essential Skills / Aptitude:
- Knowledge on Capital Markets, Payments and Cash Management (Essential)
- Reasoning skills required. (Essential)
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. (Essential)
- Ability to use discretion and good judgement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good working knowledge on Excel & Word
Shift Time: US shift: 6.30PM IST to 4.30AM IST, candidate should be willing to work in night shift.
