Configuration & Implementation: Setting up and customizing Fieldglass modules (Contingent Workforce, Services Procurement) to match business needs.
Integration: Connecting Fieldglass with ERP (like SAP S/4HANA) and other enterprise systems.
Process Optimization: Advising on and improving vendor management, hiring, and procurement workflows.
Support & Training: Providing expert-level support, troubleshooting, and training end-users.
Documentation: Creating guides, test plans, and configuration documents.
Data & Analytics: Analyzing data to identify enhancements and ensure system performance.
