Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Distributor Sales Officer to join our team at Berger Paints India Ltd, a leading British paints company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and distribution, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and customers.
Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in sales and distribution, preferably in the paints industry.
Strong knowledge of sales principles and practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with sales software and technology is an advantage.
