Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Prepare accurate and timely client invoices in line with billing instructions and agreed terms.

• Support revenue recognition activities by validating rates, counts, and billing data in coordination with the Accounting team.

• Work closely with project teams to update billing details, reconcile data, and resolve discrepancies before finalizing invoices.

• Enter and maintain billing data accurately in billing and accounting systems.

• Respond to invoicing queries and manage billing-related issues for internal and external customers.

• Deliver high-quality customer service while maintaining strong working relationships with stakeholders.

Shift Time 2:00 Pm - 11 Pm

Minimum 2 Years of Experience into Billing Executive
