Role: Digital Sales Executive ( E-Channel Telesales Process)

Employment Type: Full-time | Directly on Banks Payroll

Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai

Qualification: Graduation (in any discipline) is mandatory.

Experience:

• Freshers: Welcome to apply.
• Experienced: 0-2 years of experience in Telesales Process
• Experience in banking, insurance will be an added advantage.

Work Details:

• Shift Timings: 9:30 AM 7:00 PM (rotational shifts)
• Work Days: 5 days a week (2 rotational week-offs; Saturday and Sunday not fixed)

Compensation:

• For Freshers: 2.10 LPA (CTC) + Unlimited Incentives
• For Experience: 2.79 LPA (CTC) + Unlimited Incentives (potential in-hand earnings up to 27,000)
