Roles and Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and procedures.
Manage daily operations of the branch office, ensuring efficient gold loan disbursement and customer service.
Oversee team handling, providing guidance and support to ensure targets are met.
Conduct thorough gold valuations to determine loan amounts accurately.
Develop and implement strategies to increase business growth, improve profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction.
