Job Description
Role: Community, Doctor & PR Engagement Executive West Bengal
Location: West Bengal (Field-based)
Role Objective: To strengthen Manipal Hospital Old Airport Roads presence in West Bengal by driving community outreach, doctor engagement, and PR activities aimed at increasing patient footfalls to MHB.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute community engagement activities, health talks, medical camps, and awareness programs across key districts in West Bengal.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local doctors, clinics, and referral networks to enhance patient referrals.
- Identify and collaborate with PR opportunities, local media, associations, resident groups, and corporates to increase brand visibility.
- Conduct regular field visits to track engagement outcomes, gather insights, and identify new opportunities for patient acquisition.
- Coordinate with internal teams at Manipal Hospital Old Airport Road for campaign materials, specialist visits, and follow-up of referred patients.
- Ensure accurate reporting of activities, leads generated, and monthly progress to the Bangalore marketing team.
- Drive initiatives aligned with hospital goals to enhance patient trust and strengthen the hospitals reputation in the region.

To strengthen Manipal Hospital Old Airport Roads presence in West Bengal by driving community outreach, doctor engagement, and PR initiatives that increase brand visibility, build trust, and generate patient footfalls to MHB.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute community engagement initiatives including health talks, medical camps, awareness programs, and outreach activities across key districts in West Bengal.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with local doctors, clinics, nursing homes, and referral networks to drive consistent patient referrals.
- Identify and leverage PR opportunities through collaboration with local media, professional associations, resident welfare groups, corporates, and community organizations.
- Represent the hospital at community forums, health events, and stakeholder meetings to enhance brand recall and credibility.
- Conduct regular field visits to track outreach effectiveness, gather market insights, and identify new patient acquisition opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders at Manipal Hospital Old Airport Road for marketing collaterals, specialist visits, campaign support, and follow-up of referred patients.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, referrals, leads generated, and campaign outcomes.
- Prepare and submit periodic MIS reports and performance updates to the Bangalore marketing team.
- Drive initiatives aligned with organizational goals to strengthen patient trust and enhance the hospitals reputation in the region.
- Monitor competitor activities and regional healthcare trends and share actionable insights with the central team.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Healthcare Management, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 25 years of experience in healthcare marketing, field outreach, PR, doctor relations, or community engagement.
- Strong communication, networking, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to build long-term relationships with doctors, community leaders, and external partners.
- Willingness to travel extensively across West Bengal.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a field-based role.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
