Job Description:
The Digital Agency Relationship Manager will manage online advisor relationships and convert digital inquiries into health insurance business. This role suits candidates who enjoy fast-paced sales and digital engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle digital leads and convert them into policies
• Recruit and activate advisors through online channels
• Support advisors with product and process guidance
• Track daily performance and business numbers
• Ensure timely closures and customer satisfaction
  

Candidate Profile:

• 1+ year experience in insurance sales or agency model
• Exposure to health insurance is preferred
• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently in a digital setup
