Roles & Responsibilities
Expected to be an SME.
Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.

Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and compliance standards.
Experience with incident management and problem resolution processes.
Familiarity with IT service management best practices.
Ability to analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making. Additional Information
The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
This position is based at our Pune office.
