Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve software-related challenges, ensuring the smooth operation of essential applications and systems. You will engage in problem-solving activities, analyze system performance, and contribute to the overall efficiency of business processes, all while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality support to users and stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities
  • Expected to be an SME.
  • Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.

  • Proficiency in ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
  • Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and compliance standards.
  • Experience with incident management and problem resolution processes.
  • Familiarity with IT service management best practices.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making.
    Additional Information
  • The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
  • This position is based at our Pune office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification 15 years full time education
