Job Title: Senior Project Manager (Multi-Project, Client-Facing)
Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai | Shift: UK Hours |

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to own delivery across multiple client projects. You will manage scope, schedule, cost, and quality, lead Agile ceremonies, track metrics, and provide executive-ready updates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multi-project delivery using Agile (Scrum/Kanban) methods.
• Build and maintain project plans (MS Project) and track work items (Jira).
• Lead sprint planning, reviews, stand-ups, retrospectives; manage RAID & change control.
• Coordinate with client POCs and internal leads to unblock dependencies.
• Publish weekly metrics (velocity, burn-up/down, SLA/SLO, risk RAG, financials) & executive reports.
• Oversee SIT/UAT, readiness checklists, go-live runbooks, cutovers & hypercare.
• Enforce governance: scope, quality gates, compliance, and communication cadence.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 812 years in project/program management; 3+ years managing multiple projects.
• Strong client-facing experience; excellent negotiation and escalation skills.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Project & Jira (dashboards/reports).
• Agile delivery experience; familiarity with hybrid models.
• Strong presentation skills for executive reporting.
• Understanding of SDLC, release management, and environments (SIT/UAT/Prod).

Nice to Have:

• PMP, CSM/PSM, or SAFe certifications.
• Exposure to data platforms, APIs, integration projects.
• Knowledge of Confluence, Power BI, QlikSense, or .Net development.
