Job Description
Role & responsibilities : For high rise building projects
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct site monitoring and inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
- Oversee building construction activities on high rise buildings and residential projects.
- Ensure compliance with real estate construction regulations and standards.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
Locations: Mahalaxmi, Powai, Peddar Road Thane & Lonawala
Preferred candidate profile :
- 5-8 years of experience in civil engineering or related field (B. Tech/B.E. Civil).
- Strong understanding of building construction processes, including coordination with various departments.
- Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
