Job Description
We are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer with 5 to 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AWS, SQL, Spring Boot, Angular JS, Java, JavaScript and MySQL. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using AWS SQL Spring Boot Angular JS Java JavaScript and MySQL.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with the team.
- Participate in the entire software development lifecycle from concept and design to testing and deployment.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain competitive.
- Work in a hybrid model balancing remote and in-office work to maximize productivity and collaboration.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and methodologies.
- Ensure that all solutions are scalable maintainable and secure.
- Document software designs and development processes for future reference and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Must have strong experience with AWS SQL Spring Boot Angular JS Java JavaScript and MySQL.
- Should have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.
- Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Should possess excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must have strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Should be proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must have experience with code reviews and mentoring junior developers.
