We are seeking a highly driven and entrepreneurial Manager to join our fast-growing Indian and Global Transfer Pricing and Corporate Tax practice The ideal candi will have a solid background in international tax advisory, business development, and client relationship management, and should be eager to take ownership of projects and contribute strategically to the growth of the tax practice
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage International/Global Transfer Pricing and Corporate Tax projects including documentation, compliance, advisory and bench king analyses
Develop and implement business development strategies to attract and retain high-profile clients across sectors
Serve as a key client relationship manager, ensuring high standards of service delivery and client isfaction
Identify and pursue new opportunities for revenue growth within the tax domain, including cross-selling with other service lines
Stay up with the latest developments in international tax laws, regulations, and transfer pricing guidelines, and ensure clients are informed and compliant
Manage, mentor, and train ior staA, ensuring consistent professional development and quality output Prepare and present high-quality deliverables such as client proposals, reports, and presentations Collaborate with partners and senior leadership to define the strategic direction of the practice
Qualifications & Experience
CA-qualified with 2 to 8 years of post-qualification experience in Transfer Pricing and Corporate Tax, with significant exposure to tax laws
Strong technical knowledge of OECD TP Guidelines, Corporate Tax laws, ESR, bench king methodologies, and other relevant regulations
Proven experience in business development and client acquisition
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong executive presence
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate with ownership and accountability
