- Support content creation activities including drafting social media posts, blogs, basic creatives, and emailers, coordinating with design and content teams to maintain brand tone, consistency, and timely delivery of marketing materials.
- Conduct keyword research, basic SEO optimization, and competitor analysis to support organic growth strategies, improve website rankings, and provide actionable insights for ongoing digital initiatives.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and marketing dashboards; prepare regular reports highlighting key metrics, trends, and recommendations for optimization.
- Assist in managing social media accounts by scheduling posts, responding to comments or messages, monitoring audience engagement, and researching new trends or formats to enhance reach and interaction.
