Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze large, complex datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends
- Build, test, and deploy machine learning models and predictive analytics solutions
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver data-driven solutions
- Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering
- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations for decision-making
- Optimize and improve existing models and analytical processes
- Stay updated with the latest data science techniques, tools, and industry trends
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Data Science or advanced analytics roles
- Strong proficiency in Python or R
- Experience with Machine Learning algorithms (Regression, Classification, Clustering, NLP, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with SQL and databases
- Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib/Seaborn
- Experience with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop) is a plus
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Exposure to deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Prior experience in UAE or Middle East market is an advantage
