Job Description

Role & responsibilities We are looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Recruiter with strong expertise in IAM hiring to support our growing cybersecurity practice. The role involves end-to-end recruitment for niche and leadership roles across Identity & Access Management (IAM) and broader cybersecurity domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end recruitment for Cybersecurity roles with a strong focus on IAM:
  
• IGA, PAM, CIAM, Cloud IAM, Zero Trust
  
• Tools such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, Ping, ForgeRock, CyberArk
  
• Partner closely with cybersecurity practice leaders and hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
  
• Source candidates using advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, niche portals, referrals).
  
• Screen candidates for technical depth, domain relevance, and client-facing capability.
  
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, offer management, and closures.
  
• Maintain strong candidate engagement and deliver a positive hiring experience.
  
• Track hiring metrics, pipelines, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
  
• Ensure compliance with internal hiring processes and documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience working with established Cybersecurity organizations or cybersecurity-focused practices within IT services firms.
  
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on recruitment experience with strong exposure to Cybersecurity hiring.
