Windows / Linux OS troubleshooting
Patch updates,drivers instalshation, configure and enable services like FTP,SAMBA,SMTP,backup services, application services at desk/Lowend servers etc
Networking concept (OSI,TCP/IP,Topology etc)
Anti Virus support at Server side (monitoring
( Any Server mentioned here means high end desktop )
Backup software and recovery techniques
OS backup / recovery knowledge - branch servers and low end Servers with 3rd party softwares like Dhruva,Symantec etc
Basic Virtualisation skills - VM Disks monitoring and management,
MS Exchange,O365 or any other messaging skills (client side)
Key Responsiblities
Advanced technical support for desktops, thin clients, InfoSec products (EP,Antivirus)

Router and switch Installation and configuration,
Basic troubleshooting of Network devices and end user connectivity,
VLAN creation and configuration
Firewall policy creation and configuration
IP based KVM knowledge, VC setup etc
CCNA certified
Network Link monitoring and problem isolation
Network Management or similar tools alert monitoring and problem identification, tracking and follow up
Key Responsiblities
Low End to Midrange Network devices installation, and Basic Configuration, by following SOP, Build documents prepared by Technical Architect or L3 team.
Basic Technial support of these Devices, mainly fault isolation
Network link monitoring, alert capture and problem isolation, support
Technical Certifications
Network (Cisco Routers, Switches, Firewall)

Key Responsiblities
Advanced Troubleshooting and Redesign of High End Networks, Emerging Technology Solutions, Hardware replacement, redundancy testing and alternate solution deployments, Problem isolation, RCA creation and support. Basic Designing of Solutions (HLD) and presenting to customers.
RCA creations for P1 and P2 tickets
Escalation Support to all L1, L2 teams
OEM TAC interfacinga nd case management
IOS upgrade, updates on high end devices including bug fix management and troubleshooting of interoperability issues, Performance Issues and Engineering / Design related issues
