Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for monthly / quarterly / annual business performance revenues, costs / margins and customer satisfaction.
• Responsibility for the entire Lead to Disbursement funnel and operational efficiency, ensuring high processes adherence to deliver high success rates for logins, sanctions and disbursals with minimum TAT
• Managing a team of Field Executives and Team Leaders
• Liaising with major banks / NBFCs to increase business with them
• Opening up new business avenues new cities and segments
• Hiring and team building
• End to end follow-up until payouts and disbursements
• Hiring and maintaining the team
• Maintaining P&L for the location given

Preferred candidate profile

• Experienced in HL/LAP background and DSA management
• Should have a market connection in the area.
• Mandatory Team handling experience
