Associate Software Engineer

About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as Associate Software Engineers. The ideal candidate should have a strong academic background and basic hands-on knowledge in at least one modern programming technology such as Java, React JS, Next JS, .NET, or Node JS.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain web or backend applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Debug and resolve technical issues in existing applications.
• Stay updated with emerging trends in technology.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of any one technology: Java, React JS, Next JS, .NET, or Node JS
• Understanding of software development fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: B.Tech / BCA / MCA in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Academic Performance: Minimum 60% throughout academics (10th, 12th, and graduation/post-graduation).
• Willingness to work from office and learn new technologies.
